This 70,000 sf retail + supermarket project is Phase II of a larger JH Snyder (developer) + North Hollywood CRA redevelopment plan for the zone south of the NH Metro station, in ‘The Valley’ of LA. Phase I was residential (and includes parking for the Commons). Phase III is office + cinema.

I worked on this project at The Jerde Partnership, taking it from late design development phase through construction drawings, permitting & construction administration. This included detailing, coordinating & choosing materials, value engineering, complying with codes, coordinating/supervising consultants in signage, landscape, lighting, structural, MEP, working with the CRA, the artists (2 art projects are integrated) and the general contractor. I also coordinated tenant/leasing. I worked on this project with the designer, Tammy McKerrow & with technical advice from Chad Dasnanjali.
